Brand new Whales are Whales show Suteki Jam  hosted by the mysterious and legally "ehhhhhhh?" Medium Well has 2017 off to a rip-roaring start. This has inspired the Whales are Whales crew to dream up a whole mess of new year's resolutions. For each other. Like you do.

S3 E1: The 2016 Lookback Thingy

2016. It means a lot things to a lot of people. So it only seems proper to have a lot of people say a lot of things about 2016! The Whales are Whales crew rides the ups and downs of the year as if it were a roller coaster designed by a focus group of upset criminals, but through the loop-de-loops of despair they glimpse the distant corn dog stand of personal growth. It's not Christmastime anymore, but it's also not yet Season 3 of the Whales are Whales Pod-Cast. Confused? So are Cameron and Abgail, the heroes trapped between realities in a desperate fight to find meaning in this void we call Season 2, Episode Cameron and Abigail. Season Christmas, Episode Christmas

This episode is all about the spirit of Christmas, and as we all know, nothing is more Christmas than penguins. But that's jumping the gun. Speaking of guns, that's what Cameron got for Christmas! Stephen, Bryan, and Zachary also received lovely material gifts for the yearly yuletide exchange, but the true spirit of Christmas (directly subordinate to penguins) is inviting friends into your home, which partially explains the surprise appearance of Tim, a visiting German fellow from Bridging the Barrier. This episode is even longer than that run-on sentence, so find a cozy seat by the fire to hear all about Christmas food, Christmas presents, and Christmas stories about Christmas penguins. S2 E36: Civil War and Peace

The Whales are Whales Civil War has been raging in the collective subconscious for months now, building enmity like a cobbler builds cobbles. Now that the entire group has assembled, Ben presents a legal (?) case of twists and turns to pave the way for a better tomorrow. More confusing than the Marvel motion picture that shares its namesake, the Civil War boils down to the age old question of humanity: 

Should we continue fighting or just kind of stop?

S2 E35: Positivity! (Probably...)

It's week four of Ben's absence from the pod-cast, and the effects are being felt panel-wide. After multiple weeks of segments falling apart at the seams, Ben attempts to make a very detailed set of show notes... which are promptly ignored. Or heavily revised, at least. But as we all know, the Pod-cast is at its best with a minimal direction and loads of character! Which is our preferred term for incompetence and chaos. It's more polite.
