Episode 71: More Like Dr. Ro-TALK-nik

Zachary may be woefully AWOL this episode, but the remaining DV cast pull their own weight by talking about video games a whole bunch. Cameron and Bryan have fallen into a StarCraft II hole and can't get out as Stephen desperately tries to claw his way from a Fire Emblem: Awakening shaped crater in his life. It's not all strategy game hijinks, however: the adventures of Darksiders II (and misadventures of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword) add a dash of action and RPG to the mix. Your weekly dose of baditude can be found in Shadow the Hedgehog and DmC: Devil May Cry, neither of which feature enough silly acrobatics. As icing on the cake, the PlayStation 4 Minute delivers all the news you'll ever need about Sony's upcoming console, unless, that is, you want useful information or developed opinions. So what are you waiting for? Pop on your headphones and enjoy Disembodied Voices Episode 71 today! Episode 55: Shadow is No Joke

Has it been your fondest dream to witness that upstart Stephen getting knocked down a peg? If so, that... that's really weird. Why are you like that? Still, you'll probably enjoy this edition of Disembodied Voices, highly specialized jerk that you are. The Last Story is found deeply lacking by Bryan, an opinion his brother shares and Zachary deflects. JRPG storytelling is delved into at large, evolving into a list of its finest and a reference to Sonic the Hedgehog fan-fiction. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Stephen finally finished Portal 2 and witnessed its brilliant ending, which was somewhat dampened by Zach's descent into the maddening plot of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. Half-Life mod Black Mesa is given its due credit, along with Cameron's continuing adventures in the Uncharted series. Predict it Like Pachter is on vacation, but Stephen became offended and stormed off the podcast to fill the void of excitement. And oh, what excitement it is. Never underestimate Disembodied Voices Episode 55. It's Thinking. [audio http://dl.dropbox.com/u/98302924/Disembodied%20Voices%20-%20Episode%2055.mp3]
