In Mr. Grumpford's defense, isn't this how *most* of us would react?
I didn't say it was a *good* defense... - Bryan
Ho ho heya! Sorry for the delay in getting this one out there, but we're going to try and make up for it by posting TWO. This is the start of our new multi-part Christmas arc; here's hoping you like Mr. Gurmpford's mustache, as you'll be seeing quite a lot of it.
I apologize about some of the messy inking in this comic; I was trying a new, thicker style and hit some rough spots with it. I incorporate what worked about it more in the next comic, but am still experimenting as I go. That's what A Weird Webcomic is (mostly) all about, after all! - Bryan

Fun fact about this one: I literally thought up the idea in a dream! So if you have any problems with it, blame my subconscious. I know I do.
The question remains whose idea it was to buy a wall-mounted CRT.
Yeah, I did think twice about even uploading this. But yeah, I still did.
It's true! Mark Twain, when asked for his soft drink preference, was quoted as saying: "Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest."
I'm sure it made sense in his head.
Nevah say nevah.

I'm not sure what's up with Viktor's ears in this comic, but I find it's an excellent conclusion to this sweeping arc all the same. Good job, Stephen! If you ever read these commentaries. I just might be mildly offended if you don't, though. - Bryan

Not since E. Honda has such an impressive display of arm dexterity been seen!
It was only after this failure that Pokey was informed about the invention of the video recorder.
I've really got to go to bed, but I'll say this much. If *you* have a friend who's turning into a flamingo, it's always best to talk about it. Just look at how well this went!
I really need to go to bed, so no five-paragraph note this time! Not that I've ever actually done that before, just setting expectations.
The plot (yes, that word is applicable) thickens! Also, I don't know what kind of race they're running, but it looks really fun, doesn't it? I think it does. Is that just me? I don't know. OR DO I. I'm going to sleep now. Bye! - Bryan
While Runner is not correct, it isn't in fact possible to become a Voltorb by eating triple-A batteries, I have it on good authority that you probably wouldn't want to be a Voltorb anyway, so no worries! - Bryan
In other news, there was a suggested recall for certain food items that rendered those who ate them dead within seconds.
That newspaper was kind of a pain to ink, so make sure you zoom in to read all the details!

Why hello! In this inaugural comic we get to witness the pair learning a valuable lesson. What this lesson is, I'm still not quite sure, but judging by how much fun they're having, I bet it's worthwhile.
